Your Big Day. We Make it Happen.

Congratulations on your engagement and welcome to the beginning of planning your special day! Meeting & Conference Services at Oklahoma State University offers a variety of services to help bring your dreams to reality. 

Whether planning a gorgeous daytime ceremony or a spectacular nighttime event, you are sure to fall in love with one of our outdoor venues, indoor chapel, or reception halls. We are confident that our incredible staff and facilities will make this day of celebrating one to remember for a lifetime. From intimate bridal showers and rehearsal dinners to elegant ceremonies and receptions, we provide accommodations from 10 to 400 guests.

  • Featured Venues

    Bennett Memorial Chapel 
    This historic chapel can host up to 125 guests for a ceremony and offers wedding party dressing rooms, an organ and piano, and rehearsal time the day before the wedding

     

    Student Union Ballroom
    Overlooking the Formal Gardens with access to the West Porch Balcony, the elegant Ballroom can host up to 250 guests for a ceremony or reception with an adjacent lobby perfect for a cocktail hour

     

    Student Union Council Room 
    A beautiful and bright space with an amazing view of Boone Pickens Stadium from the outdoor patio, the Council Room is perfect for gatherings of up to 64 guests

     

    Student Union French Lounge
    Ideal for your rehearsal dinner or bridal shower, the French Lounge can host up to 64 guests and offers a breathtaking view of the Formal Gardens

     

    Student Union Sequoyah Room 
    The Sequoyah Room is a quaint space to host your bridal shower or rehearsal dinner and can accommodate up to 64 guests

     

    Student Union Starlight Terrace 
    Starlight Terrace creates a romantic ambiance for ceremonies and receptions with access to an outdoor patio, the space can host up to 150 guests

     

    Student Union Suite 1600 
    Suite 1600 is the perfect setting for a more intimate affair of up to 32 guests or a private suite for the bride-to-be to get ready for her walk down the aisle

     

    Student Union West Porch Balcony 
    A picturesque view of the Formal Gardens, Theta Pond, and Edmon Low Library, the balcony provides a breathtaking backdrop for an unforgettable ceremony or for the bride and groom's send-off

     

    Wes Watkins Center Exhibit Hall 
    Celebrate and dance the night away in this spacious room which is perfect for receptions of up to 400 guests
