Wes Watkins Vendors

All food and beverages in the Wes Watkins Center must be served by one of the facility’s approved vendors. We welcome catering services from both on-campus and off-campus vendors who have the appropriate agreements on file with Meeting & Conference Services.
Vendors will be charged a percentage (10%) of the total event cost for any catered food function (including alcoholic beverages)  to ensure a high-quality product to our customers. The customer is responsible for making arrangements and payment directly with the vendor.
