Meeting & Conference Services offers an array of specialized audiovisual equipment and technical staffing to suit your needs. Below is a list of audiovisual that is standard to each space with additional guidelines and pricing.

 

Additional audiovisual and equipment beyond the standard audiovisual package is available for use. Please see the equipment pricing guide below for details. Rates are subject to change.

  **Audiovisual for Premium Spaces:  Fee of $45.00 per hour applies (not to exceed $180.00 for first 6 hours). An additional $20.00 per hour will be incurred for every hour over 6 hours.  If no audiovisual is utilized, an attendant fee of $20.00 per hour applies. Includes 30 minutes prior to event and 30 minutes after event when tech is scheduled.

  Recognized Student Organizations may utilize each space's standard audiovisual package without incurring cost. If reservations are made in the premium spaces (203-Theater, 265-Ballroom, and 465-Starlight Terrace,) then audiovisual fees will apply.

  University Departments may utilize each space's standard audiovisual package at the base cost of $45.00 per hour (not to exceed maximum of 4 hours). A fee will not be assessed in 297-Suite 1600, 302-Board Room, 456A-Varsity Room, 456B-Pioneer Room, 460-Regency Room, 470A-A&M Room, and 470B-Caucus Room.
