About the SpaceSince the Student Union opened, the Ballroom continues to host countless large-scale events from weddings to banquets and conferences. The newly renovated space features a beautiful white maple floor and contemporary lighting. The modern color palette makes it ideal for a variety of functions. The multi-purpose Ballroom can be equipped with staging, banquet or theater-style seating, and easily accommodates musicians or other performers. The Ballroom is perfect for fully-catered meals or receptions as it is adjacent to the catering kitchen.

On-Campus Entities

  • Standard Room Sets:  Theater or Banquet (Rounds)*
  • Audiovisual Fee:  $45.00 per hour (not to exceed $180.00 for first 6 hours); an additional $20.00 per hour will be incurred for every hour over 6 hours. If no audiovisual is utilized, an attendant fee of $20.00 per hour applies.
  • Room Charges:  If you plan to charge admission to your event, then standard on-campus rates will apply.
